Water, sewer,trash pickup, and $30 per person per apartment for the electric bill are included in the rental price in both options. Starting in the Fall 2019 Internet is now included in the rent.
Electric bills are sent directly to Prairie Creek Apartments and paid by Prairie Creek Apartments. Then Prairie Creek Apartments will bill each apartment if the $30 per person per apartment is not enough to cover the electric bill. We do this to save each apartment from coming up with a security deposit for the electric company.
